Ethos Strategies is a boutique consulting firm dedicated to building organizational capacity for effective governance and strategic negotiation practices in schools, healthcare systems, and select nonprofits.

Ethos was founded on the premise that your organization requires expertise, credibility, and experience from those with whom you partner. We don’t strive to be “everything” for “everyone.” Instead, we deliver customized solutions to your most pressing governance and negotiations needs.

We engage with a limited number of organizations each year, and only after carefully assessing each potential partner to ensure that our strengths are aligned to your needs.
